Super cozy apartment hotel close to the Palma harbour and Cala Major in a quite local neighbourhood. It is a appr. 25 min. walk into the old town of Palma. The staff and service was excellent and always ready and available (around the clock). The apartment is build in modern Nordic design and good quality materials. It contained all and even a bit more than expected. We also used the fine parking option in the basement of the building - very convenient.

We stayed as family with 1 year old baby and everything was perfect. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, Vincent in particular was so nice and made a little friend in our boy it was lovely 🙂 we arrived early and were upgraded to a two bed which was ready meaning we could check in straight away, very handy and a lovely treat. Apartment is beautiful, all facilities around are maintained 100%, the pool area and top terrace where we spent most afternoons are great. Location is a little out of the main centre but there is a bus stop right outside 4 euros to beaches and Palma centre and we would walk back along the marina when cooler in the evenings. Highly recommend Santa Catalina area full of bars and restaurants around 15 minute walk. Really recommended these studios and we hope to return one day.

The service was superb. The staff was always available, always understanding and very easily reachable. We got an upgrade of the apartment. I asked them to put some balloons around the apartment for the occasion and they did it without hesitation. The apartment was very clean! very well kept and beautiful furniture. There were really nice touches everywhere. I really liked the fact that they made the stay personalized and we always felt welcome!

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The flat itself had everything you need and it was great to also have the rooftop pool. Location wise it's a 30min walk to the center of Palma which we enjoyed and you're right by Santa Catalina full of bars and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone that wants more of a home/flat within Mallorca rather than full hotel!
